This site describes a lodge with one gaming room in it. The age for that room is 18. Under 18 the lower floor is shut to you and so is this part of the site.

Nothing here is a game

No stake is taken by heartandhavoc.com, no account is held on it and no money passes across it. There is no game on these pages and nothing to download. Everything described happens on the lower floor at kilometre 62.

Accuracy

We keep the hours and the counts current and any of them may be out of date by the evening: a shut table, a room off, a road closed. Nothing here is an offer. You are booked when we have said so to you, by telephone or in writing.

What is ours

The text, the photographs and the drawings on this site are ours. A sentence may be quoted where a link to the page goes with it. Leave the photographs and the drawings where they are, and do not sign them with another name.

Links away from here

Where this site points at somebody else, such as a bus timetable, that is for convenience. We do not control the other end.

On the premises

Staff may refuse entry to the lower floor, the bar or the building, and may ask anybody to leave, without giving a reason. In practice it is almost always drink. It is not a negotiation. The kitchen serves once and stops when it stops.

The site itself

Plain files on somebody else’s machine. It drops out from time to time and we claim nothing to the contrary.

Liability

We answer for what we do wrong on the premises. Liability for loss flowing from the use of this website is excluded so far as the laws of the Argentine Republic permit. Your consumer rights under Argentine law are unaffected.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and the ordinary courts of the Province of Neuquén have jurisdiction.
