Reading these pages
Reading them identifies nobody. There is no booking engine on this site, no payment page and no account, so the site holds no name, no card and no reservation.
Two values may be written to your own browser by this site, and only by this site:

Server records
The host logs the requesting address, the page asked for, the time, the browser string and the response code. These are held 30 days and read when something is broken or when the site is being attacked. They are not joined to anything else.
Correspondence
Email to the address above is kept while we deal with it and for 12 months afterwards so the thread can be found. Telephone calls are not recorded. Nothing is passed on for marketing by anybody.
Measurement
No analytics or advertising tag loads on this site. Consent Mode starts every page with all four signals denied, before any other script. If a tag is ever added, it will not fire until the storage bar has been answered with Allow, and it will stop the moment that answer changes.
Legal basis
Consent for the storage question. Legitimate interest in a working and secure site for the server log. Correspondence rests on whatever you asked us to arrange.
Who else sees anything
The hosting company, because the files sit on their machine, and the email provider. Nothing beyond what passing a request requires. Nothing is sold.
Rights and complaints
Under Law 25.326 on the protection of personal data you may ask what is held, ask for correction, and complain. Begin with a letter or an email to the address above. If that does not settle it, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública receives complaints.
Under-age visitors
These pages are written for grown-ups. Nothing is knowingly gathered from anybody under 18, and there is a person on the door of the one room that carries an age rule.
When this changes
The date above moves whenever the text below it does. There is no mailing list and therefore no notice.
